There are two ways to uninstall Free Speedy iPod Video Converter if you wish to do so.

Control Panel
Activate the Control Panel, double-click Add/Remove Programs, and double-click the Free Speedy iPod Video Converter list box entry.
Start Menu
From the Start menu, click Programs, then Free Speedy iPod Video Converter, and then Uninstall Free Speedy iPod Video Converter.
